摘 要:本文对乳杆菌DM8909对大肠杆菌粘附阴道上皮细胞的抑制作用进行了研究。采用3H-TdR将由阴道分离的大肠杆菌进行同位素标记。刮取健康妇女阴道上皮细胞与其进行体外粘附试验作为对照组,试验组先行阴道上皮细胞与乳杆菌DM8909粘附后,再加入标记的大肠杆菌。结果显示:试验组阴道上皮细胞粘附的大肠杆菌的cpm值明显低于对照组(P<0.05),说明乳杆菌DM8909能有效地抑制大肠杆菌对阴道上皮细胞的粘附。This study investigated the effect of Lactobacillus DM8909 strain on the adhesion of E.Coli to normal human vaginal epithelial cells by in vitro methods. Lactobacillus DM8909 strain was isolated from vagina of a health young woman and identified as Lactobacillus debrueckii lactis. Vaginal epithelial cells,collected from health volunteers,were suspended immediately in RPMI-1640 medium and adjusted to 14×105 cells/ml.E.coli was vaginal isolate and labled 3 H-TdR.by inoculating it in Nb fluid culture containing 20uci/ml 3 H-TdR. Labled E.coli were suspended in RPMI-1640 on the concentration of 108/ml.Lactobacillus DM8909 cultures were also prepared into suspension of 108/ml in RPMI1640. Results showed that cpm of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<005). It was suggested that Lactobacillus DM8909 strain could effectively inhibit the adherence of E.coli to human vaginal epithelial cells. Lactobacillus Adhesion E.coli Vaginal epithelial cell
