摘　　要：学科与专业、学科建设与专业建设是高等教育研究领域中的重大现实问题,它们之间既相互区别又相互联系。学科定位准确、专业设置合理是每一所高校健康快速发展的前提,特别是新建本科院校弄清这些基本理论对于促进专业和学科建设具有重要的指导意义。Discipline and specialty, discipline construction and specialty construction are practical and permanent problems in the study of higher education. They are different, but on the other hand relative. The exact orientation of discipline and the reasonable setting of specialty are the precondition of healthy and rapid development of higher education institutions. For newly - built undergraduate universities,especially, holding a comprehensive understanding of these theories is of great instructional significance For promoting the construction of discipline and specialty.
