摘  要:目的:研究使用氧和氮等离子体轰击法对六甲基二硅氧烷(硅醚)聚合体表面特性的影响。方法:使用薄膜等离子体聚合法在圆形盖玻片表面生成六甲基二硅氧烷薄膜聚合体,然后用低温氧和氮等离子体轰击聚合体表面,测量不同轰击时间对薄膜聚合体表面润湿性、粗糙度、表面形貌的影响,用XPS检测表面基团组成的变化。结果:六甲基二硅氧烷薄膜聚合体表面经过氧及氮低温等离子体轰击后,随着轰击时间的延长,聚合体表面接触角显著降低,XPS结果表明O/C比例显著上升,显示COOH基团增多。结论:氧和氮等离子体轰击法可以明显增加六甲基二硅氧烷薄膜聚合体表面亲水基团的含量,表现为表面润湿性显著增高。Objective:To study the surface characteristics of hexamethyldisiloxane(HMDSO) polymer treated by oxygen or nitrogen plasma. Methods: Hexamethyldisiloxane polymer film was obtained by plasma polymerization method on coverslips. Oxygen ( O2) or nitrogen (N2) plasma treatment was employed to modify the surfaces with different time. Then the surface characteristics including surface wettability, roughness, topography and surface element composition were observed. Results: The contact angle of HMDSO surface decreased gradually with the increasing duration of the plasma treatment. XPS analysis showed an increasing of the intensity ratios of O/C. It indicated the hydrophilic groups such as - COOH and - OH was increasing. Conclusion : Oxygen or nitrogen plasma treatment can increase the surface hydrophilicity on hexamethyldisiloxane polymer film.
