摘　　要：目的:从遗传学的角度探讨白细胞介素-1(IL-1)的基因多态性是否与种植体周围炎有关。方法:采用病例对照的研究方法,将选取的59例种植患者根据有无探诊出血及牙槽骨吸收分为种植体周围炎组和成功种植体组;同时收集所有患者的颊黏膜拭子提取DNA;采用聚合酶链式反应和限制性片段长度多态性方法对IL-1α-889、IL-1β-511和IL-1β+3954三个位点进行基因型的测定。结果:显示携带IL-1β+3954基因型Ⅰ/Ⅱ杂合子的患者其种植体周围炎的发生率明显高于携带IL-1β+3954基因型Ⅰ/Ⅰ纯合子的患者。多元logistic回归分析结果显示:IL-1β+3954Ⅰ/Ⅱ基因型相对于IL-1β+3954Ⅰ/Ⅰ基因型的比值比是12.894(P<0.05),吸烟的比值比是7.718(P<0.05)。结论:IL-1β+3954基因型Ⅰ/Ⅱ杂合子型和种植体周围炎的发病有关。Objective：To make clear the relationship between the genetic polymorphism of interleukin-1 gene and peri-implantitis. Methods： DNA of 59 patients were extracted by using Chelex-100 method and polymorphisms of the IL- 1 alpha and IL- 1 beta genes （ IL- 1α-889, IL- 1β-511 and IL- 1β ＋ 3954 ） were detected by restriction fragment length polymorphism after polymerase chain reactions. Results： Patients with IL-1β ＋ 3954 Ⅰ / Ⅱ genotype exhibited a significantly higher occurrence of peri-implantitis than those with IL-1β ＋ 3954 Ⅰ / Ⅱ genotype（P 〈0.05）. The OR of the Ⅰ / Ⅱ versus the Ⅰ / Ⅰ of the IL-1β ＋ 3954 genotype was 12. 894 （ P 〈 0.05 ） and the OR of smoke was 7.718 （ P 〈 0.05 ） between the peri-implantitis（ ＋ ） group and the peri-implantitis（-） group. Conclusion： IL-1β ＋ 3954 Ⅰ / Ⅱ genotype in individual is associated with peri-implantitis. Smoking is also a risk factor for peri-implantitis.
