摘  要:为了考察在发热保温冒口套的组分中以LYH-3型糊精为粘结剂的可行性,采用不同的混制工艺配制发热保温冒口套试样,对其强度和发热性能进行测量研究。发现LYH-3型糊精粘结剂加入量为冒口套重量30%时的粘结强度最高,经过防水处理后的发热保温冒口套的强度能够满足铸造生产的要求,而所采用的双料混料工艺不仅能够增大冒口套的粘接强度、保证冒口套材料有足够的耐火度,同时还可以使冒口套发热反应均衡进行并能延长发热反应时间。以LYH-3型糊精为粘结剂的发热保温冒口套对于铸件的补缩在充分利用和提高热效率方面更具优越性。In order to inspect the feasibility of LYH-3 dextrin as the binder in exothermic riser head, the strength and heat performance of the exothermic riser head samples prepared by different mixing technologies were tested. It is found that the binding strength is the highest when the content of LYH-3 dextrin is 30% of mass of riser head, and the strength of the exothermic riser head after waterproof processing can definitely satisfy the requirement of the strength for riser head in the 'casting production. The double mixing technology can not only increase the strength of the riser head and ensure the enough heat resistance, but also make the exothermic reaction proportionally and prolong the reaction time. The exothermic riser head which uses the LYH-3 dextrin as binder is superior to enhance and make the best of the thermal efficiency for the casting shrinks.
