摘　　要：应用振动分析方法，动态测试技术和故障诊断理论，对塑料厂的三辊压延机进行振动冲击试验，动态信号测试和振动特性分析，成功地诊断出三辊压延机压制塑料薄膜时产生明暗条纹故障的原因。This paper deals with the vibration analysis and foult diagnosis on the three press roll calender for calender plastic film in a plastic plant Through the vibration shock test and dynamic measuring technique and several kinds of spectrum analysis,the cause of the vibration was found After having been repaired according to the diagnosis report,the calender has been running in an excelint condition
