射频治疗子宫平滑肌瘤组织中survivin,c-fos的表达和原位凋亡的意义

摘　　要：目的:射频治疗子宫平滑肌瘤组织中survivin和c-fos的表达和原位凋亡检测及其意义研究.方法:应用免疫组化SP法及原位凋亡Tunel试剂盒检测10例子宫肌正常组织和60例射频治疗子宫肌瘤组织中治疗区域、交界区及正常区域survivin和c-fos的表达和原位凋亡,观察射频治疗子宫肌瘤组织中survivin,c-fos的表达及原位凋亡.结果:60例子宫肌瘤组织survivin在射频治疗区域、交界区及正常区域的阳性表达率分别为40.0%(24/60),18.3%(11/60)和15.0%(9/60).c-fos在射频治疗区域、交界区及正常区域的阳性表达率分别为11.7%(7/60),3.3%(2/60)和3.3%(2/60).原位凋亡检测在射频治疗区域、交界区及正常区域的阳性率分别为86.7%(52/60),28.3%(17/60)和18.3%(11/60).子宫肌正常组织10例均未检出.结论:子宫肌瘤的发生发展与sur-vivin,c-fos的表达和原位凋亡有关系.射频治疗不同区域与原位凋亡阳性关系密切,子宫肌瘤不同区域与survivin和c-fos表达关系不密切.AIM： To investigate the expressions of survivin and c-fos and the apoptosis in leiomyoma of uterus treated with radiofrequency ablation and their clinical significance. METHODS： Sixty cases treated with radiofrequency ablation for leiomyoma of uterus, and ten cases of normal uterine tissue were examined for survivin and c-fos by immunohistochemisry（S-P） , and for apoptosis by in situ TUNEL. RESULTS ： Positive rates of survivin in 60 cases of uterine leiomyoma treated with radiofrequency ablation were 40.0% （24/60）, 18.3% （ 11/60）, 15.0% （9/60） in treated, normal and their intermediate areas, respectively . The positive rates of c-fos were 11. 7% （7/60）, 3. 3% （2/60）, 3.3% （2/60）, respectively. The apoptosis rates of these tissues were 86.7% （52/60）, 28.3% （ 17/60）, 18.3% （ 11/60 ）. The 10 cases of normal uterine tissue were not examined for survivin, c-fos and the apoptosis. CONCLUSION ： 1 ） The pathogenesis and development of leiomyoma of uterus has relationship of survivin and c-fos and the in situ apoptosis is likely to be importance index in radiofrequency ablation for leiomyoma of uterus;2）There is a close relationship between diferent ablation regions and the apoptosis, and not between different regions and the expressions of survivin and c-fos.
