西安地区成人正常ODI和APDI指数值的测量

摘　　要：目的:通过西安地区正常个体头颅侧位片的测量,得出其ODI和APDI指数值分布范围.方法:随机选取120名成人正常个体,拍摄X线头颅侧位定位片,并应用专业头影测量软件测量、计算ODI和APDI值,以统计分析方法确定这两个指标值.结果:统计分析发现男、女间ODI和APDI测量值差异无统计学意义,且均呈正态分布.西安地区正常个体ODI,APDI指数值的分布范围分别为(76±4)°和(83±4)°.结论:本研究得出了西安地区成人正常ODI、APDI指数值,并且具有合理性,可以应用于这一地区正畸患者的临床诊断分析中.AIM： To perform the cephalometric analysis on the individuals in Xi＇an with normal occlusion in order to obtain the normal values of ODI and APDI of the population in this area. METHODS： One hundred and twenty individuals with normal occlusion were chosen randomly. The lateral cephalograms were taken from these individuals. The values of ODI and APDI were calculated by the cephalometrical analysis via special software. The normal values of the two measurements were established by some statistical analysis. RESULTS： There was no statistical difference between the values in male and female individuals. The distribution of the measured values was in accordance with Gaussian distribution. The normal values of ODI and APDI were （76 ± 4）° and （ 83 ± 4）° respectively. CONCLUSION ： The normal values of ODI and APDI for the people in Xi＇an are established. And the values could be applied in the diagnosis of patients in this area.
