摘　　要：提出了基于G.723.1双速率语音编码技术的电力线载波机(PIC)语音传榆系统的方案。讨论了为实现多路电力线载波机复接器所采用的语音压缩算法,结合OFDM子通道的误码率性能,给出了语音码流在OFDM子通道中的分配情况,最后给出了语音信号传输的仿真实现和结果分析。The paper introduces the power line carrier（PLC） speech communication system adopted by the double bit rate speech coding technology of G.723.1. It discusses the speech compression scheme in the multiplexer, introduces the distribution of speech code in the OFDM subchanne according to the bit error ratio of OFDM subchanne. In the end the paper introduces the simulated implementation of speech communication in the system we designed.
