摘　　要："天人合一"是一种关于人与自然和谐统一的整体自然观思想。在新形势下进一步领悟"天人合一"观所蕴涵的人类与自然界和谐相处的文化理念,对于高校教务秘书树立协调意识,建立一种和谐的人际关系具有有益的启迪作用。＂Unity of man and nature＂ is an overall natural theory about the harmonization between man and nature. In the new situation, college teaching-affairs secretary should further realize the cultural consideration of the harmonization between man and nature implied in the theory of ＂unity of man and nature＂, which has enlighening effect for them to build coordinating consciousness and harmonious interpersonal relationship.
