摘 要:为了解锂离子电池低速率放电后性能的变化,对新的和经过100次低速率放电的3.7V、1000mAh锂离子电池进行0.2C和1C的充放电实验。结果表明,锂离子电池经过多次低速率放电后,充放电性能明显恶化。尤以1C速率为严重,恒流充电阶段电池端电压上升速度较快,使该阶段充入容量减少,造成电池总体充电时间过长,长于新电池2.50h,放电时电压平台较低,放电容量降为总容量的80.8%,比新电池降低17.5%。电池经过低速率放电后放空容量并无明显下降,不论0.2C、0.4C还是1C均达到了100%以上。To understand the change of properties after discharge of lithium-ion battery at low rate, this paper makes the experiment of 0. 2 C and 1 C charge-discharge to the new 3.7 V, 1 000 mAh lithium-ion battery and the one that passed by 100 times low rate. The results show that charge-discharge properties of the battery depreciate obviously after many low rates. Particularly regard as 1 C seriously, the voltage of battery rises quickly in the constant current stage to charge, make the stage of capacity reduced and battery total charge time longer 2. 50 hours than new battery, discharge voltage platform is lower, discharge capacity declines to 80. 8% of the total capacity, comparing the new battery lower 17. 5%. The empty capacity of the battery have no obvious descent through low rate discharge, in spite of 0. 2 C,0. 4 C and 1 C all come to a 100% above.
