白细胞单采术联合化学疗法治疗6例高白细胞白血病疗效分析

摘　　要：[背景]观察白细胞单采术治疗高白细胞白血病的疗效.[病例报告]于化学治疗前给6例高白细胞白血病患者实施白细胞单采治疗,其中5例临床症状有不同程度的缓解,肝脾缩小,外周血白细胞计数显著降低.[讨论]白细胞单采术是缓解高白细胞白血病临床症状的可行性方法之一.BACKGROUNDTo observe the curative effects for treatment of hyper leukocyte leukemia with the leukopheresis.CASE REPORTSSix cases of hyper leukocyte leukemia were treated with the leukopheresis before chemotherapy,in which five cases improved clinical symptoms,the size of liver and spleen was decreased,and the leucocytes count in peripheral blood decreased markedly.DISCUSSIONPerforming leukapheresis is a effective,practicable method for treating the hyper leukocyte leukemia.
