底两层框剪-组合墙房屋抗震性能研究

摘  要:介绍了底两层框剪8层组合墙房屋1/4比例模型的试验及其动力分析,结果说明此种类型房屋具有一定的抗震能力,同时也说明本文采用的动力分析方法是正确的;文中还计算了原型房屋的动力特性和抗震性能以及3层与2层不同刚度比情况下的房屋抗震性能。结果表明此类型房屋只要控制好3层与2层的刚度比,它就具有可靠的抗震能力。This paper introduces the results of tests and dynamic analysis of 1/4 scale model for building with two low floors of frame shear composite structure.It illustrate that this kind of building has certain antiseismic capacity ,and the analysis methed in this paper is right.The dynamics and antiseismic property of the archtype building ,and also antiseismic property of the building when the second floor has different stiffness from the third floor is calculated.The conclusion is that this type of building has a reliable antiseismic property when the stiffness ratio of the second floor to that of the third floor is well controlled.
