摘 要:分度机构的分度速度无法满足更高要求,故借鉴活齿行星齿轮传动的结构形式,设计了一种输入输出同轴、同转速的新型分度机构.该机构推杆布局对称,受力平衡,为实现高速分度传动创造了条件.根据共轭齿廓的形成原理推导了凸轮廓线方程,计及构件的惯性,建立了力学模型.采用MATLAB编程,通过实例计算,进行了深入的动态静力分析,明确了各参数对作用力的影响规律,为该类分度机构的结构优化设计提供了理论依据,也可为高速分度机构的创新研究提供借鉴.Since the indexing speed of indexing mechanism fails to meet the higher requirements, a new type of indexing mechanism with the same axle and rotating speed of input/output was presented, the structure of which was borrowed from that of oscillating tooth of planetary gear transmission system. The ejector pins of the mechanism are symmetric,which is suitable for high-speed indexing transmission. The equations of the cam's pitch curve was deduced according to the formative principle of conjugate tooth contour. And then considering the inertia force, the dynamic model was established. With MATLAB programming, kinetostatic analysis of the mechanism was carded out to study the influence of parameters on acting force. The results provide theoretical basis for creative design of high- speed indexing mechanism, as well as reference for optimization of such high-speed indexing mechanism.
