超声导向下^(125)I粒子植入治疗肝脏恶性肿瘤效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨超声导向下125I放射性粒子植入治疗肝脏恶性肿瘤的临床效果。方法29例肝脏恶性肿瘤患者,采用超声导向下经皮穿刺植入125I放射粒子23例,开腹术中探头植入125I放射粒子6例,植入粒子数目8~62粒,0.8毫居/粒。结果29例均顺利完成植入术,无一例因植入粒子出现直接死亡和并发症。术后3个月疗效评价,Ⅰ级23例,Ⅱ级4例,Ⅲ级2例,存活时间4~20月。结论根据肿瘤治疗计划运用超声导向125I放射性粒子植入治疗肝脏恶性肿瘤是安全有效的。Objective To investigate the clinic efficacy of ultrasound guided interstitial 125Ⅰ seed implantation in the treatment of liver malignant tumors. Methods Twenty-nine cases of liver malignant tumors were treated by ultrasound guided interstitial 125Ⅰ seed implantation （percutaneous puncture implantation in 23 cases and laparotomized implantation in 6 cases）. The implanted particle number was 8 - 62 particles, 0. 8 millicurie/particle. Results All the operations were successfully completed. No complication or operation-related death occurred. The therapeutic effect evaluation three weeks after operation showed graded Ⅰ in 23 cases, grade Ⅱ in 4 cases, and grade m in 2 cases. The survival time was from 4 to 20 months. Conclusion The ultrasound guided interstitial 125Ⅰseed implantation based on a complete oncotherapy scheme is safe and effective in the treatment of liver malignant tumors.
