摘　　要：近年来,生态系统服务和生态服务具有价值的观念已经被人类社会广泛接受。但生态服务的"价值"要像第三产业一样获得经济上的实现,以支撑生态—经济可持续的良性循环却困难重重。本文分析了经济要素缺失情境下生态建设不可持续的生态—经济退化危机以及生态环境质量要素所具有的资本属性,由此提出了生态资本概念。The theory of ecological services and its value have been widely accepted in recent years. But the difficulty to realize the economical value of ecological services baffles the construction of sustainable eco-economical society. This alticle analyzes these problems and brings up a theory of ecological capital and ecological capital operation to solve them. The problems of eco-economical degradation, the capital property of ecological services are analyzed, and the concept of ecological capital is set up in this paper.
