摘　　要：介绍了压缩弯曲木技术的压缩弯曲机理和压缩木机械自动控制系统的工作原理,分析了传统木材弯曲技术及工艺的不足。提出了用PLC和触摸屏实现实木纵向压缩的自动控制方法,最后给出了PLC控制系统的硬件组成和软件设计方案。The paper introduced the Principle and technology of wood compression and bending, and the operation principle of wood Compressed machinery auto-control system. It analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional wood bending technology, and puts forward the methods of wood longitudinal compressing and bending auto-control, which is based on PLC and HMI. At last, the hardware and the software of the PLC control system are introduced in detail.
