“视觉第一中国行动”白内障复明手术病人生活质量调查

摘　　要：目的探讨与了解短期集中白内障复明手术病人视功能、生活质量和存在的问题。方法检查2003年"视觉第一中国行动"国家医疗队在我县开展400例白内障复明手术病人,病历随机重组后采用等距抽样方法确定调查对象40例,与2002年住院白内障手术病人39例相比较,由眼科主治医师问卷调查和病人自我评分进行术前、术后比较。结果集中白内障手术与住院白内障手术平均视功能及生活质量均有显著提高(=0.000);减免手术费与手术效果无直接关系(>0.05)。结论白内障术后视功能及生活质量均有显著提高,大规模集中白内障复明手术与住院手术均有重要的意义。objective To evaluate the visual function and quality of life in the patients treated by medical group of short-term cataract extraction in prevention blindness Methods 400 patients with cataract extraction were examined after ＇sighfrist China Action＇ in 2003, and 40 pafionts were sampled randomly to compare with 39 patients with cataract extraction hospitalized in 2002 .The questionnaive was administered by ophthalmologist and by patients before and after the operation Results The visual function and quality of life are significantly improved both in short-term cataract extraction and hospitalized cataract extraction （p^0.001） The effect of surgery doesn＇t relate with cost reduced （P〉0.05） Conclusion The visual function and quality of life are significantly improved after cataract extraction It＇s useful and effective for both short term prevetion blindness medical group to treat cataract patients and hospitalized cataract surgery.
