摘  要:[目的]研究植物叶片可溶性蛋白质含量与植物抗寒性的关系。[方法]以野生岩生植物金发草和丛毛羊胡子草作为研究材料,并以目前最常用的护坡植物狗牙根作为对照,研究低温胁迫下2种野生岩生植物叶片可溶性蛋白含量的变化情况,并对蛋白质进行SDS-PAGE分析。[结果]结果表明:在低温胁迫下,丛毛羊胡子草、金发草和狗牙根的可溶性蛋白含量随处理温度的降低而增大;在各处理温度下丛毛羊胡子草可溶性蛋白含量均明显高于金发草和狗牙根,并且3种草可溶性蛋白含量12月高于8月;3种草12月蛋白质SDS-PAGE分析表明,丛毛羊胡子草蛋白质条带数最多且条带着色深,金发草次之,狗牙根蛋白质条带数最少且条带着色浅。[结论]3种草种中,丛毛羊胡子草具有较强的抗寒性。[Objective] The research aimed to study the relationship between plant leaf soluble protein content and plant cold resistance. [Method]Taking wild rock plant Pogonatherum paniceum ( Lam. ) Hack and Eriophrum cornosum as material and slope protection plant Cynodon dactylon L. as CK, changes of two kinds of plant leaf soluble protein content under the low temperature stress were studied. Protein was analysed with SDS-PAGE. [Result]The result showed that soluble protein content of Eriophrum cornosum, Pogonatherum paniceum(Lam. ) Hack and Cynodon dactylon L.was increasing along with the reduction of treatment temperature, and soluble protein content of three plants was higher in december than in August. Protein SDS-PAGE analysis of three plants indicated that protein banding number of Eriophnun comosum was biggest, and the banding color was deep. Cynodon dactylon L. protein banding number was least,and the banding color was shallow. [Conclusion] Eriophrum comosum had the strongest cold resistance in three kinds of plants.
