摘　　要：[目的]研究激素配比对韭菜愈伤组织培养和继代的影响。[方法]韭菜种子胚根为外植体诱导愈伤组织并继代培养。[结果]MS+NAA 1 mg/L+6-BA 2 mg/L适宜胚根诱导愈伤组织并进行继代培养。[结论]适宜的生长激素组合有利于韭菜愈伤组织的诱导。The impact of the different concentrations of auxin on leek callus induction was studied. [ Method] The radicel of leek as explant was used to induce its callus and then the calli were subcultured. [Resust] MS ＋ NAA（1 mg/L） ＋ 6-BA（2 mg/L）was suiteable for callus-inducing and subculturing. [Conclusious] The suitable auxin was useful to induce leek callus quickly.
