摘　　要：课程体系是院校培养人才的基础。在由打赢机械化战争向打赢信息化战争转变的历史进程中,科学构建新型军事指挥人才培养课程体系,是一项迫在眉睫的重要任务。本文阐述了构建新型军事指挥人才军事基本技能课程体系应遵循的原则,重点探讨了信息化条件下新型军事指挥人才军事基本技能课程体系的内容,同时提出了在构建过程中应把握的几个主要问题。The euniculum are the foundation on which universities and colleges train qualified personnel. In the course of history of changing from winning the mechanized wars to the informationized wars, it is the urgent and critical mission to scientifically construct the curriculum of training new military cormmanding personnel. This essay illustrates the principles the basic military skills the curriculum should follow in order to train new military commanding personnel. It especially explores the contents of the course system under the informationized eonditions and puts forward certain key problems that should be solved while the new curriculum were constructed.
