摘　　要：本文对阻碍高校科技成果转化的因素进行分析,发现人们开始普遍关注科技中介的问题。高校和企业之间信息沟通不畅已经成为阻碍高校和企业之间科技创新的瓶颈。我国科技中介力量还很薄弱,体系还不健全。加强科技中介机构的建设和管理,将有利于高校的科技成果转化,有利于企业的科技创新。This essay makes an analysis of the factors which baffle the conversion of the scientific and technological achievements in institutions of higher learning and discovers that many people pay attention to the medium of science and technology. The inefficient information exchange become the bottleneck which obstructs the scientific and technological innovation. The medium of science and technology in our country is very weak and the system is not sound. It will be beneficial to the conversion of the achievements of science and technology of the institutions of higher learning and to the innovation of enterprises to improve the establishment and management of the agencies of science and technology.
