摘  要:目的:探讨14-3-3β在肺鳞癌(squamous cell carcinoma,SCC)组织中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法:采用大样本石蜡包埋组织(包含319例SCC,32例同组患者的正常肺组织)构建的组织微阵列,进行免疫组织化学(SP法)染色,分析14-3-3β蛋白表达状态与肺癌临床病理参数的关系。结果:14-3-3β在肺癌组织的原发灶表达阳性率为64.4%,显著高于正常对照组织(阳性率为0,P<0.001)。在手术时发生淋巴结转移的SCC组织的转移灶中14-3-3β蛋白的表达则显著降低,阳性率为36.6%(P<0.001)。在无淋巴结转移的SCC原发灶中14-3-3β蛋白表达的阳性率为75.8%,显著高于有淋巴结转移的SCC原发灶(阳性率为56.6%,P=0.003)。结论:14-3-3β蛋白在SCC原发组织中高表达,其意义可能与抑制淋巴结转移有关。OBJECTIVE: To explore the expression status of 14-3-3β protein in lung squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) tissues and its clinical significance. METHODS: The tissue mieroarray (TMA) containing the tissue samples derived from 319 cases with SCC, and 32 normal controls (normal alveoli and normal bronchial) from the same patients, were examined by immunohistochemical (IHC) analysis. RESULTS: IHC results showed that the positive rate of 14-3-3β in primary tumors (64.4%) was significantly higher than that in normal lung tissues (0), P〈0. 001. However, the 14-3-3β expression was found at a positive rate of 36.6% in their corresponding metastases in lymph nodes (P〈0. 001). The 14-3-3β protein expressed at higher levels in SCC primary tumors without lymphatic metastases than those in ones with lymphatic metastases ( 75.8% vs 56.6%, P = 0. 003 ). CONCLUTION:The expression of 14-3-3β protein is significantly higher in primary tumors of SCC, and it may be a protective factor of lymphatic metastases.
