人子宫内膜癌体外放射敏感性的实验研究

摘　　要：检测3株人子宫内膜癌细胞系HECCL-1、HHUA和LA细胞对放射线的敏感性，为临床治疗提供参考。方法：在0．5、1．0、1．5、2．0、3．0和6．0Gy剂量水平，用6MVX线单次照射体外培养的3株人子宫内膜癌细胞株，用MTT比色分析法检测两种不同浓度下3株人子宫内膜癌细胞系细胞d2～d6的存活率，绘制其生存曲线。结果：6MVX线照射后，3株人子宫内膜癌细胞系细胞亚致死性损伤剂量和细胞浓度无相关性，生存曲线在0～1.5Gy形成肩区，亚致死性损伤剂量这1．5Gy后，生存曲线转入直线部分，随着剂量的增加发生指数性杀灭。结论：3株人子宫内膜癌细胞系具有较强的放射敏感性，属于放射敏感性肿瘤细胞。To detect the sensitivity for 3 cell lines of HECCL-1, HHUA and LA from human endometrial carcino- ma, and provide proofs for clinical treatment. METHODS： MTT was used to examine the survival rates of the cells after they were irradiated by different dose levels at 0.5,1.0,1.5, 2.0, 3.0 and 6.0 Gy, then the survival curves were drawn. RESULTS： After being irradiated by 6 MV X-ray, there was no relationship between the sublethal damage dose and cell concentrations,and the shoulder area was found at the dose 0--1.5 Gy. When given dose was more than 1. 5 Gy, the survival curve became linear, and the cells were killed by exponent. CONCLUSIONS： The 3 cell lines of HECCL-1, HHUA and LA cells are sensitive to radiation, and radiotherapy may be effective to the tissue they origineted from.
