摘　　要：目的:探讨临床孤立综合征(CIS)患者临床特征、转归和影像学表现。方法:回顾性分析16例随访5年以上的CIS的临床和影像资料。结果:本组临床特征、转归与传统CIS不符,MRI表现多样化,皮质受累,且与临床不对称,过敏、服用驱虫药可能与发病有关。激素和免疫球蛋白的疗效不佳。结论:CIS可能有更长的静默期,临床转归较差。Objective：To study in the vesting and imaging performance CIS patients with clinical features.Methods：Retrospective analyses of 16 cases were followed up for more than five years of CIS image date.Results：The clinical features of this group,the vesting inconsistent with the traditional CIS,MRI performance of diversification,and the cortex involved with the clinical is wrong.Allergies、drugs use insecticide may be related to the incidence.The effect of immunoglobulin and hormones is poor.Conclusion：CIS may have a longer period of silence,clinical performance of diversification,poor prognosis.
