摘　　要：目的:探讨偏头痛与脑梗死发生的相关性,并运用经颅多普勒(TCD)观察偏头痛性脑梗死患者的脑血流动力学变化方法:运用TCD检测53例偏头痛性脑梗死患者的脑血流,观察记录血流速度、频谱特征并与37例健康查体者比较结果:偏头痛相关脑梗死患者的颅内血流变化以增快为主,尤以后循环显著,与对照组差异有显著统计学意义结论:偏头痛相关脑梗死患者多存在大脑后循环的脑血管痉挛或痉挛性狭窄,TCD对于此类患者的临床诊断、治疗和预后评估具有重要的临床意义。Objective：To explore the correlation of migraine and cerebral infarction.Observe the cerebral hemodynamics changes in migraine stroke patients with transcranial doppler ultrasound（TCD）.Methods：53 cases with migraine stroke were detected through TCD,to observe and record the cerebral flood velocity and features of spectrum,and compared with 37 healthy individuals.Results：the cerebral flood velocity in migraine stroke patients is increased,and especially that of posterior circulation.There were significant difference compared with control group.Conclusion：Cerebral vasospasm and vasospasm stenosis mostly exist in patients with migraine stroke,and to these patients TCD have important clinical significance for the clinical diagnosis,therapy and prognosis estimate.
