摘　　要：本文对全省320家IT相关企业从企业基本情况、通过数据分析对河北省IT企业情况有了较为深入的认识。建议。人力资源状况、人才需求情况三方面进行了调查。It does survey on the 320 IT corporations in HeBei Province, from the three aspects of the corporation background, human resource profile, and human resource requirement. It achieves deep insights from analyzing the data. It proposes suggestions on the course design for IT major by the research results.
