摘  要:目的:探讨三维计算机断层摄影血管造影(Three-Dimensional Computed Tomography Angiography,3D-CTA)检查在体表血管畸形诊断及治疗中的应用。方法:对33例临床初步诊断血管畸形且病变范围较大的患者行3D-CTA检查,并以结果指导治疗方案的制定和实施。结果:33例患者3D-CTA诊断为静脉畸形,其中21例经病理检查证实,所得影像显示清楚。其中28例由于病变范围较大采用铜针治疗,治疗后局部肿块缩小或消失、变硬,有效率100%。结论:3D-CTA是一种微创、分辨率高的血管造影技术,可显示病灶的层次及与毗邻组织的关系,在体表血管畸形的诊断中具有重要的价值,并能指导治疗的制定和实施。Objective To investigate the Application of Three-Dimensional Computed Tomography Angiography (3D-CTA) in diagnosis and treatment of superficial vascular malformation. Methods 33 patients with a great extent vascular malformation was examined by 3D-CTA,then made treatment plan and practiced under the guide of 3D-CTA. Results All 33patients were diagnosed as vascular malformation,with 21cases confirmed by pathology, and all the images were clear.28 patients were treated by retained copper needles because the vascular malformation was with a great extent. The vascular malformation shrunk and hardened and there were totally 100% effective rate achieved. Conclusion 3D- CTA is an angiography technique with microinvasion and high resolution,it can display the extent,layer and the adjoining tissue of vascular malformation,then can guide the treatment plan and practice.
