正畸修复联合牵引成年患者龈下折裂牙

摘　　要：目的:观察透明软托临时义齿配合改良Nance弓牵引龈下折裂牙的方法及疗效。方法:采用改良Nance弓牵引6颗已做完善根管治疗的成年患者龈下折裂牙,整个牵引过程避免在其它牙齿上粘结托槽;整个牵引和保持过程同时配合使用透明软托临时义齿,很好的解决了前牙缺失和邻牙粘贴矫治器带来的美观问题。结果:6颗断根牙经过平均8～10周牵引和12周的保持后,经修复科医师会诊判断均达到桩冠修复的要求。结论:透明软托义齿配合改良Nance弓牵引龈下折裂牙不仅可以保存自然牙根达到良好的修复效果,而且很好的解决了长达几个月的正畸牵引和保持过程中成年患者对美观的要求。Objective To observe the clinical effect of orthodontic extrusion to root fracture of anterior teeth by modified nance arch combined with temporary denture. Methods 6 adult patients with 7 fractured roots of front teeth were involved. The root canal therapy was performed first, then lifted up by means of only modified nance arch without any fixed appliance. Results Orthodontic extrusion of the root was carried out before restoration. All cases were satisfactory after treatment. Conclusion For those with front dental root fracture, the root traction can be done by modified nance arch combined with temporary denture, which can not only preserve the natural roots, maintain long-term result of the prosthetic replacement, but also obtain esthetic effect during orthodontic treatment.
