α-catenin在食管鳞状上皮细胞癌中表达的免疫组化研究

摘　　要：目的探讨α-catenin在食管鳞状上皮细胞癌中的表达及其与临床病理学特征的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学法检查19例食管正常上皮及52例食管鳞癌中α-catenin的表达情况。结果α-catenin在19例食管正常上皮中均呈阳性表达,在52例食管鳞癌中的阳性表达率为21.2%,两者有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。α-catenin的阳性表达率与食管鳞癌的组织学分级、浸润深度及淋巴结转移呈负相关(P<0.05～0.01)。结论α-catenin是一种潜在的肿瘤抑制基因,是反映食管鳞癌生物学行为、预示食管鳞癌转移潜能的较好指标。Objective To investigate the α-catenin（ α-cat） expression and its correlation to the clinical pathological significance in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Immunohlstochemical method was used to examine α-catenin expression in 19 normal esophageal epithelial and 52 ESCC tissues. Results α -cat showed positive expression in all the cytomembrane of normal esophageal epithelias,the rate of α -cat positive expression in ESCC was 21.2% ,there was very significant difference（P〈 0.01 ）. The rate of α-cat positive expression showed negative correlation to the histological grades, depth of infiltration and lymph node metastasis of ESCC（P〈 0.05-0.01 ）. Conehmion α-catenin is a potential tumor suppress gene and may be a valuable marker in assessing biological behaviour and metastatic potential of ESCC.
