烟花爆竹致眼爆炸伤临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨春节期间特有的烟花爆竹所致眼部爆炸伤的危害性和治疗结果。方法分析2004～2007年春节期间此类爆炸伤105例112眼的一般情况、眼别、爆炸物种类、受伤情况,对视功能的危害,治疗方法及治疗结果。结果男性占93.33%,20岁以下者占89.521%,发生在农村者占71.43%。患者受伤物多为雷管、火箭炮占57.33%,城镇居民患者受伤物主要为普通鞭炮、烟花占63.33%;以角膜损伤最多,其次为葡萄膜和晶状体损伤。并发症及后遗症以角膜白斑、玻璃体浑浊、瞳孔变形和外伤性白内障较多;治疗后视力0.3以下占83.0%。结论春节期间发生的眼爆炸伤严重而复杂,所以应加强预防宣传。伤后及时正确处理,可能挽救眼球和视力。Objective To analyse the ocular trauma caused by fireworks and cracker in spring festival. Methods 105 cases（112 eyes） injuried by fireworks and cracker during 2004-2007 spring festival were analyzed. Results 105 cases were male（93.33%）： 89.52% of the cases were younger than 20 years old; 71.43% of the cases were from countryside and most of them were injured by unusual cracker which was 57.33%; 28.67% of the cases were from country and 63.33% of them were injured by common cracker. The most common injury was corneal wound,the second was uvea and lens wounds. 83.0% of the finally vision were lower than 0.3. Conclusion The ocular trauma caused by fireworks and cracker in spring festival are severe and complicated. Prevention and treatment in time is important.
