摘  要:目的研究钛种植体种植在管状骨中骨愈合界面及其力学的变化规律。方法应用新西兰兔制备种植体动物模型,分别在种植后3,6月采用X线摄片、钛种植体组织块切片以及钛种植体组织块力学检测等方法,观察纯钛种植体在管状骨的骨愈合界面。结果光镜下钛种植体-管状骨愈合界面在种植后的3,6月均无纤维组织生长;骨-钛界面结合紧密;骨-钛界面均无炎症反应;钛种植体力学测试均>500g。结论钛种植体种植在管状骨中亦可形成良好的界面愈合,植入后3月和6月骨-钛界面愈合情况无明显区别,力学测试均达到理想的指标。Objective To study the changes of the conjugate interface between the Titanium implant and the implanted bone in rabbits. Methods The implant was implanted in the tibia of New Zealand rabbits. Three months and six months after the implantation, the tibias were study by photographs of X-ray and the slices of tissue, and the force of the complex of the implant and the bone tissue be measured. Results The implants and the bone were tightly conjugated, and there is no fibrous tissue and no inflammation was found. The force of all the conjugation were measured over 500 g. Corlclusion The Titanium implants can be well conjugated with the tubiform bone, and there is no difference between the three months and the six months after the implantation, mechanical measurement reaehed ideal.
