改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术的临床疗效。方法鼻黏膜及泪囊切口均改为前瓣大、后瓣小,皮肤切口缝合由间断缝合改为无损伤皮下隧道式缝合,泪囊内引流物由凡士林纱条改为导尿管。结果全部患者术后泪溢症状消失,冲洗泪道通畅,无返流现象发生,3个月后皮肤切口几乎无瘢痕。结论改良后的泪囊鼻腔吻合术,增加了手术成功率、降低了手术难度、简化了手术步骤、缩短了手术时间,同时又增加了美容效果。Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of the improving dacryocystorhinostomy. Methods The cuttings of both the nose glue film and tears bag were bigger in the front slice petal and smaller in the back one. And the skin cuttings were sewn up by using the way of the no damaged skin descends tunnel instead of the broken one. Also a leadan-urine tube was used as the lead-to-flow thing in- stead of the Vaseline yarn. Results All the symp- toms of the tears overflow disappeared after the surgical operation and the tears tunnel was washed fluently and smoothly. The symptom of anti-rtmning would not happen. The skin slice petal cured completely without any mark after 3 months. Conclusion The improved dacryocystorhinostomy can raise the rate of success in surgical operation, reduce the operative diffictdty and procedures, shorten the operation time and at the same time improve the cosmetic result.
