摘  要:胰岛素样生长因子2(IGF2)是迄今所知功能最复杂的生长调控因子,它能促进细胞的有丝分裂和分化,参与生后基因组重建,与X染色体的失活有重要关系。所有的这些功能说明IGF2在机体生长发育过程中的重要性。此外,IGF2与个体生长速度、瘦肉率、背膘厚等生产性能关系密切,在某些物种已经被作为候选基因确定下来。作为重要的印记基因,IGF2的表达状况与肿瘤,以及潜在肿瘤的发生发展关系密切,在肿瘤治疗方面起重要作用。文章综述了IGF2的基因结构、生物学作用、基因印记、生长发育和肿瘤的关系等方面的研究进展。Insulin-like growth factor 2 (IGF2) is perhaps the most intricate growth regulation factor characterized to date. It can stimulate growth and differentiation in many cells. It participates postnatal restitution and plays an important role in X chromosome inactivation. All of these functions to IGF2 demonstrate that it is very important in growth and development. In addition, IGF2 is important in certain performance trait like growth velocity, lean meat rate, back-rat thick, in some species, it have been determined as a candidate gene. The expression of IGF2, a very important imprinting gene, is associated with growth and development of present and potential tumors, and is very important to healing. This review focused on the IGF2 gene structures, biological functions,gene imprinting, relations to growth and development and to tumors.
