综合医院双职造口治疗师的角色作用及其工作模式研究

摘　　要：目的探讨双职造口治疗师合理的角色定位、工作模式和时间分配。方法研究环境为1600张床位的综合性医院,研究平台为门诊伤口护理中心,研究时间为2005年7月至2007年6月。参照相关资料和三级甲等医院管理标准分别设定了专科护士和管理者的5个角色作用及其相应的工作模式和评价指标。采用专科护士绩效考核结果和护士长绩效考核结果评价角色定位、工作模式和时间分配的合理性。结果专科护士绩效考核分值第2年较第1年提高了150.6%,同时护士长绩效考核分值也提高了34.1%。结论设定的5个角色作用及其工作模式和75%与25%的时间分配有助于专科护士的成长和护理管理。Objective To discuss the reasonable role,working model and time assignment for dual role Enterostomal Therapist （ET）. Methods From July 2005 to June 2007, the research was conducted in the wound care center of our general hospital with 1600 beds. Roles both in wound care and administration, working model and evaluation indications for dual role ET were designed respectively. The Performance measurments for specialized nurses and head nurses were conducted. Results The scores of dual role ET as specialized nurses and head nurses increased after a year. Conclusions Reason- able role positioning,working model and time assignment would benefit the work of specialized nurses and nursing administra- tion.
