胎盘组织液-多孔骨泰修复牙槽骨缺损的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察胎盘组织液-多孔骨泰(磷酸钙人工骨calcium phosphate cement,CPC)复合材料修复犬的人工牙槽骨缺损的效果。方法:实验动物为健康成年犬两只,在犬牙邻间隙牙槽骨处建立骨缺损模型,分别于缺损处植入胎盘组织液-多孔骨泰复合材料(实验组)和生理盐水-多孔骨泰复合材料(阳性对照组),人工骨缺损区为阴性空白对照组。于术后2周和4周分别取材进行病理学观察。对新生骨组织面积、平均灰度和平均光密度数据做组织学分析与评价。结果:实验组可见膜内化骨,有明显的新骨形成,并与周围骨组织连接良好;阳性对照组可见少量新生骨,与周围骨组织连接欠佳;阴性对照组仅见纤维组织生成。经组织学测定,术后2周和4周实验组的成骨量均明显高于其它两个对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胎盘组织液-多孔骨泰复合材料能够积极地促进骨缺损的修复。AIM： To evaluate the effect of the compound of placenta tissue injection and calcium phosphate cement calcium phosphate cement（CPC） on the reconstruction of alveolar bone defect of dogs . METHODS： We implanted the compound of placenta tissue injection and CPC into the alveolar bone defect in the experiment group, the compound of 0.9% sodium chloride injection and CPC in the control group and nothing in the blank control group. The dogs were sacrificed for microscopic observation at 2 and 4 weeks after operation, The data of new bone area, average gray scale and average optical density were recorded for further analysis. RESULTS： In the experiment group there was obvious intramembranous osteogenesis and the new bone was well -integrated with the original bone; in the control group there was a few new recovered bones, and the combination between the new bone and the original bone was not well. In the blank control group, alveolar bone defects were only filled with fibrous connective tissue only. From the histological analysis, there was more new bone in the experiment group than in the control groups at both 2 and 4 weeks after operation. Statistical difference could be observed among them. CONCLUSION： The compound of placenta tissue injection and CPC can promote the recovery of alveolar bone defect actively and positively.
