摘  要:目的:研究白芨水煎剂(BSD)对变链菌的产酸和黏附是否具有抑制作用,初步探讨中药白芨防龋作用的机理。方法:利用液体稀释法测出MIC值,选取MIC值以下4个浓度梯度,分别加入含有变链菌的培养基中,用pH计测定培养前后上清液的△pH值,并用比浊法观察其对变链菌黏附的影响。结果:△pH值实验前后与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),白芨水煎剂对变链菌的黏附抑制率最高为66.67%。结论:白芨水煎剂具有抑制变链菌产酸和黏附的作用。AIM: To investigate the inhibitory effect of Bletille striata Reichb. f decoction (BSD) against Streptococcus mutans (S mutans ) on acidogenicity and adhesion in vitro and to explore its cariostatic mechanism. METHODS: Liquid dilution method was adopted to get the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC). We selected four different concentration BSDs which were sub - MIC and added them into liquid TS, and measured the pH of superna- tants and calculated △pH. Turbidimetry assay was used to study the inhibitory of adhesion. RESULTS: △pH of the experimerctal group was significantly different from that of the control group( P 〈0.05 ). The top inhibitory ratio of adhesion was 66.67%. CONCLUSION : BSD has inhibitory effect on acidogenicity and adhesion.
