摘  要:煤矿区集煤炭资源开采、利用与土地资源占用与破坏为一体,是资源与环境、灾害的矛盾相对集中显现的区域之一,建设"绿色矿区"已成为中国政府和人民的热切期盼。通过对煤矿区地表环境灾害的研究,提出了"构造控灾"的学术观点及其理论框架,嗣后在国家自然科学基金支持下,从地质视角,全面分析、研究了煤矿区构造介质、构造形态、构造界面、构造应力等地质因素及由其构成的构造环境对采煤沉陷的控制作用和控制机理,在地质工程及采矿与环境保护领域开辟了一个新的研究方向,为"绿色矿区"建设提供了重要的理论与技术基础支持。Coal mining areas are the one of conflictive focuses between resource extraction and environment protection since coal resource is mined and utilized resulting in the damage of ground resource. To construct "green mining area" is the earnest expectation of China. Ground environment hazards induced by coalmining were researched, and the view and theory frame of "tectonism controlling hazards" were proposed. From the geology perspective, geological influence factors of mining subsidence such as structural medium, structural shape, fractures and tectonic stress which constituted tectonic setting were analyzed and reached. Supported by National Natural Science Foundation, the control effect and mechanism of tectonic setting on coal mining subsidence were researched more comprehensively. The theory of "tectonism controlling hazards" is a new research direction which is opened up in the field of geological engineering, mining engineering and environmental protection. And the theory can offer technological support for constructing "green mining areas".
