小肠恶性淋巴瘤的临床表现与X线分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨小肠恶性淋巴瘤的临床表现、X线诊断。方法:回顾分析15例经手术病理证实为小肠恶性淋巴瘤的临床表现、X线检查结果。钡餐检查采用全消化道追踪观察、多体位及适当加压的方法。结果:病变单发位于空肠3例,回肠7例,空回肠同时受侵犯5例。行全消化道钡餐检查见肠管狭窄6例,呈多发小结节充盈缺损5例,"动脉瘤样扩张"3例,3例见不规则龛影。结论:小肠恶性淋巴瘤临床以持续性脐周钝痛、腹部肿块、出血及贫血为主要表现,多发于回肠。全消化道钡餐检查以多发、多种类型病变及侵犯范围较广泛为特点。Objective： Studying retrospectively the clinical characteristics and X-ray diagnosis in cases with small intestinal lymphoma. Methods： The clinical data, including the initial symptoms or signs, in-volved locations, histological subtypes, and complications, of 15 patients pathologically diagnosed with small intestinal lymphoma were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Volved locations were ileocecal junction （5 cases） , jejunum （3 cases） , and ileum （7 cases） , barium examination show 6 cases were enteric cavity angusty, 5 cases were intraluminal filling defect, 3 cases were intestinal broaden, and 3 cases were irregular niche sign. Conclusion：The most common symptom for small intestinal lymphoma are abdominal pain, abdominal lump , anaemia and hemorrhage. The most frequently involved location is ileum.
