住院精神病人骨折易患因素分析及预防措施

摘　　要：目的:分析住院精神病人的骨折易患因素,提出预防措施。方法:对51例发生骨折的住院精神病人的临床资料进行统计分析。结果:①精神病人骨折发生率为0.52%;②精神病人骨折骨折易患因素为:骨质疏松、低钙、年龄偏大、与精神症状相关,此外药物不良反应和封闭式长期住院也是骨折的易患因素;③根据上述易患因素采取相应的预防措施,对减少骨折发生有利。结论:分析精神病人骨折易患因素,改进治疗方法,转变管理模式和服务理念,对减少骨折意外发生,提高医疗服务质量有重要意义。Objective ： To analyse the reason of the psychotic inpatient easy to cause fracture , proposes the preventive measure. Methods： Retrospectively analyzing the clinical material of 51 cases of the psychotic inpatients complicated fracture. Results： ①The morbility of psychotic complicated fracture is 0.52% ;②the reasons of psychotic inpatient easy to cause the fracture are： Osteoporosis, low calcium, old age, the energetic symptom. Drug adverse reaction and hospitalization hermetization are easy to cause fracture ;③Takes the corresponding preventive measure according to the above reason, the reduces of fracture is decreased. Conclusion： Analysing the reason of the psychotic inpatient easy to cause fracture, improving the therapy method, to change the administration mode and service can reduce fracture accident, improve the medical service quality.
