全身伽玛刀同步辅助化疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评估全身伽玛刀与DDP方案同步治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效及毒副作用。方法:2003年6月至2005年6月,采用三维适形放射治疗(3D-CRT)同步辅助DDP化疗治疗93例不能手术切除的中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者。结果:(CR+PR)为91.4%(85/93),1、2年生存率分别为69.9%(65/93)、40.9%(38/93);毒副作用与对照组无显著差异。结论:全身伽玛刀与DDP方案化疗同步治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌可改善疗效,放射毒性反应无显著增加。Objective：To evaluate efficacy and the acute side effects of the whole body Gamma knife combined with synchronous chemotherapy for locally advanced non - small cell lung cancer. Methods ： From June 2003 to June 2005,93 patients with locally advanced non -small cell lung cancer were treated with the whole body Gamma knife combined with synchronous chemotherapy. Results： The overall response rate （CR ＋ PR） was 91.4% （85/93）, the survival rates of 1 and 2 year were 69.9% （65/93） ,40.9% （38/93） respectively, the toxicity（ except leukocytopenia） was not statistically significant with control group. Conclusion： The efficacy of the whole body Gamma knife combined with synchronous chemotherapy for locally advanced non - small cell lung cancer was improvement, and the acute side effects werent increased significantly.
