宫颈腺癌患者血清CA125和CA19-9检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨CA125,CA19-9联合检测诊断宫颈腺癌的临床意义。方法:32例经病理证实为宫颈腺癌的患者于入院时和手术后4周进行CA125,CA19-9联合检测。结果:宫颈腺癌患者血清CA125和CA19-9含量及阳性率明显升高。CA125的敏感性为75%,特异性为92.6%;CA19-9的敏感性为46.9%,特异性为96.3%。CA125和CA19-9联合检测敏感性提高至81.3%,特异性没有明显下降。结论:CA125联合检测CA19-9可明显提高诊断的灵敏度,对诊断宫颈腺癌和预后估测有一定价值。Objective：To study the clinical value of CA125 and CA19 -9 for diagnosis of cervical adenocarcinoma. Methods： Combined detection of CA125 and CA19 -9 was performed in 32 patients with cervical adenocarcinoma, confirmed by pathological examination, at admission and 4 weeks after operation. Results ：The level and the positive rate of CA125 and CA19 - 9 in cervical adenocarcinoma were significantly higher than those in other group. CA125 sensitivity and specificity were 75% and 92.6% for ,CAD -9 were 46.9% ,96.3%. The sensitivity of combining CA125 with CA19 -9 was 81.3% ,and it was better than CA125 or CA19 -9 alone Conclusion： Combination test of CA125 with CA19 - 9 can improve the sensitivity of diagnosis and preaict the prognosis in cervical adenocarcinoma.
