紫杉醇过敏反应的防治(附19例)

摘　　要：目的:探讨紫杉醇过敏反应的防治及再输注问题。方法:对出现过敏反应的患者给予抗过敏治疗(立即停止输入,更换液体和输液器,给予持续低流量吸氧;同时静脉推注地塞米松10mg、雷尼替丁注射液200mg,肌肉注射异丙嗪25mg;保暖、解除紧张情绪);在2小时后再次缓慢输注紫杉醇。结果:出现过敏反应经处理后再次输注紫杉醇,无再次出现过敏,再次化疗亦未发生过敏。结论:紫杉醇过敏反应后经处理给予再输注可以使治疗得以继续。Objective：To investigate the a llergy prevention of Paclitaxel and infusion again M ethod＇s when allergy developed the folloving procednres were given;inmed iately stop the infasion.The infusion of fluid replacement giving continuing low flow oxygen.intravenous injection of dexamethasone 10mg ranitid ine 200mg injection.intra muscular injec tion of 25mg promethazine.Two hours later slow infusion of paclitaxel was given aga in Results After treatment anaphylaxis infusion of paclitaxel again.There was no recurrence of allergies Conclusion Chenotherapy conld be continued.when the patienls were trea ted after paclitaxel allergic reaction developed.
