摘　　要：claudins是上皮细胞间紧密连接骨架蛋白,参与紧密连接的构成,紧密连接有维持细胞极向排列和屏障功能,claudins表达异常而导致紧密连接结构和功能的破坏是许多疾病的病理基础。近年研究表明多种上皮来源的肿瘤中claudins异常表达,并与这些肿瘤发生、发展关系密切,在诊断、治疗及预后判断等方面有广泛的应用前景,因此,claudins成为肿瘤研究新热点。本文就claudins及其与妇科常见肿瘤关系研究和临床应用作一综述。claudins is a family of skeleton proteins in the formation of tight junctions, and play a critical role in mainraining epithelial cell polarity and paracellular barrier functions. The mutation of claudins have direct relation with many diseases. Recently researches indicate that abnormal expression of claudins has a closed relationship with tumors, and it may be helpful for diagnosis,treatment and estimation the prognosis. Now claudins have become a hot item of researches on tumors. In this article, we reviewed research on claudin s, its relationship with gynecological tumors and its application in gynecological clinic.
