摘　　要：吉非替尼是表皮性生长因子受体(EGFR)酪氨酸激酶抑制剂,在非小细胞肺癌的治疗中受到普遍关注,而EGFR突变有助于筛选针对吉非替尼治疗的受益人群,本文回顾了近期国外对EGFR突变及其与病理类型、种族、性别、生存期等临床因素的相关性。Gefitinib is an orally active epidermal growth factor receptor （EGFR） tyrosine kinase inhibitor,which is highly absorb attention because of its effect in treatment of NSCLC. EGFR mutations contribute to find population who could benefit from treatment with gefitinib. We reviewed the study about EGFR mutations and the association with pathology, race, gender and life span, etc.
