海南省社区护士心肺复苏知识调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解海南省社区护士心肺复苏(CPR)知识的掌握与需求情况,为针对性地培训提供资料和依据。[方法]采用自行设计的调查表,以分层随机—整群抽样的方法,对302个不同区域的社区护士进行调查。[结果]海南省社区护士CPR知识合格率低﹙23.18%);不同区域、不同文化程度组的测试结果差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);对CPR知识培训需求率高(93.71%)。[结论]海南省社区护士CPR知识普遍缺乏。社区护士的继续教育应引起各级医疗卫生管理部门的高度重视,特别是CPR知识的培训亟待加强。[Objective] To investigate the acquirement and demand about the knowledge of cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR） in community nurses in Hainan province, and to provide information for aimed training. [Methods] Nurses from 302 different areas were chosen by a stratified random cluster sampling method, and investigated by serf-designed questionnaires. [ Results ] The qualified rate of the knowledge of CPR showed to be low （23.18%）; there were significantly difference （P 〈 0.05） among nurses from different areas and with different education levels. [Conclusion] The community nurses in Hainan province are generally lack of the PCR knowledge. Therefore, continuing education for community nurses should be paid more attention by all levels of medical management institution, especially education about CPR knowledge.
