摘　　要：R&D预算管理是R&D管理中的一个重要方面,但目前我国企业的R&D预算管理普遍效率很低,其主要原因是企业缺乏适合R&D项目的预算管理信息系统。在分析R&D项目预算管理特点的基础上,分别从数据库结构、系统结构及功能结构三个方面对R&D预算管理信息系统的构建进行了探讨,以期为R&D预算管理的理论研究以及实践应用提供参考和技术支持。Budget management is an important aspect of R＆D management, however its efficiency is very low at the present time.The main reason is that there is not a budget management information system suitable for the R＆D project. budget Based on analyzing characteristics of R＆D budget management, this paper discussed the conformation of R＆D management information system from three aspects： the databank structure,system structure and function structure. It practical is expected that this study can provide some references and technique supports for the theoretical research and application of R＆D budget management
