摘　　要：分析国内地方产业网络的发展,认为单纯地吸引外资以及嵌入全球价值链体系不是地方产业网络可持续发展的充要条件。影响产业网络可持续发展的核心环节是创新的不确定性,产业或产品路径、创新风险、制度、政策等不确定性因素导致了创新动力匮乏。解决创新不确定性问题实现产业网络可持续发展,需要对企业个体、网络组织和社会环境三个层面进行优化。构建了基于这三个层面优化的产业网络可持续发展动力机制,并分析了其对产业网络发展的影响。From the development of domestic industrial networks, it is not the necessary and sufficient condition of sustainable development of local industrial networks simply by attracting foreign investment and embedding in the global value chain. The uncertainty of innovation is the key which affect the sustainable development of industrial networks, the uncertainty of the path of industry or production, innovative risk, system and policy led to the lack of innovation driving force. In order to enhance the innovation ability, there should be optimized in firm unit, network organization and social environment. The paper found a drive mechanism about sustainable development of industrial networks based on these three lays, and analyze he influence on industrial networks development.
