摘　　要：基于隐性知识的情境依赖性,探索通过情境管理来克服组织内隐性知识管理中存在诸多障碍的方法。在主观背景、情境和客观环境三个层次上构建了隐性知识的生成、重用、转移和转化模型。从而,提出通过提升情境扩张性、创造共有情境、保持特定情境的稳定性等方法,可以为组织隐性知识的生成、分享和重用创造良好的条件和机会。同时,强化情境激励方法的应用,为组织的知识活动提供动力和能量。This paper researches the methods to overcome the obstacles in the organizational tacit knowledge management through context management based on the perspective that tacit knowledge is context-dependent. The models of tacit knowledge generation,reusing,transfer and externalization in three levels which are subjective background, context and obj zational ective environment. Based on these, the methods of context management to enhance the performance of organitacit knowledge management are discussed.
