我国东中西部中小企业外部环境的实证比较研究

摘　　要：在研究我国中小企业外部环境评价指标体系与评价方法的基础上,基于中南大学中小企业研究中心2007年上半年对我国浙江、上海、江苏、广东、湖南、湖北、河南、四川、重庆九省市中小企业外部环境的问卷调查数据,运用结构方程模型对我国东中西部中小企业经济环境、政治环境、技术环境、社会文化环境、人才环境和自然资源环境展开了评价与比较分析,揭示了我国东中西部中小企业外部环境差异的深层机理。Based on the study of evaluation index system and evaluation method of external environment of SMEs in China, and on the data eolleted by Central South University SMEs Research Center＇s questionnaire investigation in Zhejiang, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Hunan, Hubei, Henan, Siehuan, Chongqing at the first-half year of 2007, this paper makes evaluation and comparative analysis of the SMEs＇ external environment in economic environment, political environment, technological environment, soeioeulture environment, human resources environment and natural resources environment in China by the method of SEM, discloses the ultimate mechanism which resulted in the different external environment of SMEs in midwest ＆ east areas, and puts forward some countermeasures for promoting the external environment of SMEs in different areas.
